She was predeceased by: her parents, Frederick Clutterbuck and Clara Cromack Clutterbuck; and her husband Thomas Edwin Kenneth Palmer. She is survived by: her daughter Carol; her son-in-law Richard Verde; her grandson David (Lisa Verde); and her great grandchildren, Tyler, Teagan and Gannon Verde.

Visitation was held on Friday, December 13th 2024 at 10:00 AM at the Holy Trinity Catholic Church (610 Kimmins St, Hohenwald, TN 38462). A memorial service was held on Friday, December 13th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
