She is survived by: her daughters, Susie Harwell of White Bluff, TN, Samantha Shore (Bill) of Malibu, CA, Jerri Henson (Curtis) of Hohenwald, TN and Holly Potts of Hohenwald, TN; her brother Samuel Helm (Debbie) of Camden, TN; her grandchildren, Ryan, Kerry Harwell, Juvenal, Blonca and Americus Potts; and her nephew Kevin Helm.
