She was predeceased by: her parents, Tom Seiber and Gladys Bates Seiber; her husband Rev. Dan Parker; and her children, Teresa Parker and Ronnie Parker.
She is survived by: her son Ricky Parker; and her grandchildren, Jennifer Beck, Jeremy Parker, Matthew Parker and Damian Parker. She is also survived by 6 great-grandchildren.
