He was predeceased by: his parents, John Woodall and Bertie Haynes Woodall; and his siblings, Georgia Mae, Hazel, Ruby, Helen, John and Pat.

He is survived by: his wife Anita Fay Zachary Woodall; his children, Vicky Chandler (Randy), Marsha Smith (Jerry), Jeff Woodall (Alice) and Jessie Woodall (Valerie); and his siblings, Loretta Neff, Janet Gastineau, Velva Whittis, Louis Woodall and Andy Woodall. He is also survived by 10 grandchildren and 11 great-grandchildren.
