She is survived by: her children, LaTonya Jenkins (Christopher, Sr.) of Clinton, Brian Kent Fowlkes of Centerville and Willie Stevano Fowlkes (Amy) of Greenville; her grandchildren, Briana Fowlkes of Christopher, Jenkins, Jr., Bella Fowlkes and Naomi Fowlkes; her siblings, Dexter Dobbins (Elaine) of Seattle, Kerry "Bubba" Dobbins (Gloria) of Milwaukee and Rebecca Ann Cofer of Columbia, TN; her siblings-in-law, Joseph Fowlkes (Bertha) of Centerville, TN, Willie Clay Fowlkes, Jr. (Alberta) of Cleveland, Anne McShane of Cleveland, Linda Grace Fowlkes of Centerville, TN, Alvaskar Fowlkes (Cathey) of Centerville, TN, Elton Fowlkes (Shenia) of Centerville, TN, Earl Fowlkes of Nashville, TN and Ellen Fowlkes of Centerville, TN; and her friends, David and Kathy Dick.
