She was predeceased by: her parents, Lonnie Guy and Addie Geneva Mosley Capps; and her siblings, Edward Capps, Bud Capps, Bobby Capps, Steve Capps and Annice Wilson.

She is survived by: her children, Terra Bills (Steve) and Jason James; and her sisters, Patsy Turman, Gail Beasley (Troy), Sharon Marshall and Reba Baker. She is also survived by 4 grandchildren, and 2 great-grandchildren.
