He is survived by: his wife Nancy Milam; his sons, Steve Milam, Eric Milam (Anne) and Andy Milam (Michelle); his sister Jane Blankenship; and his grandchildren, Cody Milam (Kayla) of Craig Milam, R. J, Micah Milam (Caroline), Ethan Milam, Brian Gleaves (Tonja) and Chelsey Gleaves. He is also survived by 4 great grandchildren.
