Gary Leon Beard Obituary

With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Gary Leon Beard (Centerville, Tennessee), who passed away on August 4, 2023 at the age of 81. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Uel B. Beard and Lillie Canady Beard; his wife Norma Talley; and his son John. He is survived by: his daughter Shelia Ann; his son-in-law Keith Plunkett; his grandson Hudson Beard; his daughter-in-law Lezlee Beard Gower; his sister-in-law Orpha Talley Easley; his brother Howard; and his sister-in-law Christine Talley. He is also survived by nieces and nephews and cousins.

In lieu of flowers the family asks that donations be made to the local Boy Scout Troop 772 or the Centerville Church of Christ Camp Meribah Scholarship fund for children to be able to enjoy camp.
