It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Gary Allen Carroll in Centerville, Tennessee, who passed away on January 26, 2023, at the age of 79, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Stanley and Dorothy Eleanor Eakers Carroll; his former wife Joyce Ann Halbrooks Carroll; and his son James David Carroll. He is survived by: his pet Shadow; his children, Belinda Ann Carroll Bates (Nathan), Jeffery Allen Carroll, Sr. (Stacy Nestler), Michelle Renae Carroll Gossett (Davy) and William Allen "Mickey" Carroll (Shelby Ellis); his grandchildren, Timothy Joshua Kelley, Adam Derrick Kelley (Jessica Mofield), Jeffery Allen Carroll, Jr. (Angela Poteete Roberts), Ashley Gossett Jones (Cody), Justin Michael Gossett (Jessica Wauford), Aphrodite Rose Carroll, Kumara Ash Carroll and Laylie Marie Carroll; his great grandchildren, Makenzie Renae Kelley, Timothy Evan Kelley, Madison Kelley, Malachi Kelley, Samuel Newman Roberts, Elizabeth Grace Roberts, Cheyenne Renae Jones and Austin Levi Jones; and his wife Pleasantville. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and other friends and family.
