He was predeceased by: his parent Glenn Hinson. He is survived by: his wife Pam Mathis Hinson; his children, Fran Hamblin (Ricky) and Donny Hinson (Lynda); his grandchildren, Houston Hamblin (Catherine), Emmie Bunnell (Anthony), Ethan, Lillie, Nathan Hamblin, Ashley Clifford (Byron) and Austin Hinson; his great grandchildren, Kade, Kole and Wren Rose; and his brother Gregory Dee Hinson.
The family has requested in lieu of flowers, donations in Don's memory be made to Wolf Creek Church of Christ or Freed Hardeman Bible Department.
