He is survived by: his former wife Johnnie Moore; his daughters, Kayla Sisk (Matt) and Cherety Benge; his stepsons, Caleb Tanner (Tiffany) and Joshua Tanner (Crystal); his sisters, Marlene Anderson (Jim), Debra Gorrell (Joe), Laura Cato and Tammy Overman (Ralph); and his grandchildren, Lane, Rylee, Kylie, Kane Sisk, Paisley, Josie and Aleah Tanner. He is also survived by nieces, nephews and other family members.
