He is survived by: his wife Geraldine Pewitt; his children, Jennifer Pewitt of Orlando, Fla., Wayne Pewitt of Nashville and Jacob Pewitt of Centerville; and his sister Mildred Fitzpatrick of Gulf Shores, Fla.. He is also survived by two granddaughters, one step-granddaughter, and one great-granddaughter.
