She was predeceased by: her parents, Albert Gordon and Emmie Aretta White Gordon; her former husband Thomas Johnson Oakley; her husband Dan Bufford Wilson; her son T. J. Oakley; and her sisters, Hazel Pauline Moss, Edith Aretta Taylor and Ruby Dale Williams.
She is survived by: her children, Joanne Sadoski (David) and Bobby Oakley (Arlene); her grandchildren, Kimberly, Leigh Anna, Jared, Megan, Haley, David, Daniel, Rose, Ray, Christina and Jennifer; her great grandchildren, Tuck, Annie Jean, Adaline, Bentley, Aira, Justin, Dalen, Bridgette, Braylen, Allie and Saylor; her great great grandchild Lucy Jean; and her sisters, Thelma Jane Sullivan, Peggy Alberta Overby, Reba Gay Boyd, Cathy Bradford, Nina Theola King and Mattie Bishop.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, December 17th 2024 from 3:00 PM to 9:00 PM at the McDonald Funeral Home, Inc. - Hickman County (102 West End Ave, Centerville, TN 37033). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, December 18th 2024 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
