He is survived by: his children, Joshua Lacy (Brianna) of Livingston, TN, Jordan Lacy of Albany, KY, Silas Lacy of Albany, KY and Trinity Lacy of Albany, KY; his parents, Hershel Lacy and Joyce Lacy of Celina, TN; his sisters, Tammy Sandlin (Steve) of Murfreesboro, TN and LaDonna Hix (Chris) of Livingston, TN; and his grandmother Christine Lacy of Celina, TN. He is also survived by many uncles, aunts, nieces, and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions are suggested to the funeral expenses.
