He is survived by: his father Steve Collins; his sisters, Shannon MacFarquhar (Mac) and Carrie Carroll; his nieces and nephews, Payton Dodson, John Tanner Dodson, Collin Dodson, Noah Groce and Izzy MacFarquhar; his great-nieces, Blaire Dodson and Swae Hamilton; and his close friend Miriam Schuetz. He is also survived by friends and neighbors.
Family requests any memorial contributions be made to the expense of the service or the Muscular Dystrophy Association.
