He is survived by: his wife Donna Butler (Gentry); his sons, Jonathan, Joshua and Jacob Butler; his stepdaughters, Kelly Williams, Amy Prestridge (Tim), Christy Busby Kimball (Nathan) and Shannon Busby; his grandchildren, Arden Butler, Devon Butler, Jayme Potter, McKenna Powe, Sarah Prestridge, Hannah Claire Prestridge, Emilee Geier (Eddie), Tucker Prestridge, Aiden Jack Freel, Ezra Oakley James Butler, Eliana Susan Nicole Butler and Maddie Grant; and his great grandchildren, Madeline Geier and Aston Potter.
