With profound sadness, we say goodbye to James Allen Adams of Celina, Tennessee, whose vibrant spirit touched the lives of many. James left this world on November 6, 2024 at the age of 69, leaving a void in the lives of so many people. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
He is survived by: his significant other Geneva Grace Scott; his son J. Kenzie Adams; his stepdaughter Jessica Scott (Peyton May); his grandchildren, Preston, Ethan and Carson; his great grandchild Nova; his siblings, Kevin Adams, Tuffy Adams (Michelle), Winni Threet (David), Sarah Coby (Danny) and Anne Lee (Charles); and his extended family, Clyde Brown, Spank Ledbetter, Nick Kirk, Boomer Daniels and Andrew Walker. He is also survived by friends and neighbors.
Visitation was held on Friday, November 8th 2024 from 4:00 PM to 9:00 PM and on Saturday, November 9th 2024 at 8:00 AM at the Upton-Hay Funeral Home (307 W Lake Ave, Celina, TN 38551). A funeral service was held on Saturday, November 9th 2024 at 12:00 PM at the same location. A burial was held on Saturday, November 9th 2024 at the Ray Williams Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, the family request donations be made to The Ray Williams Cemetery fund.
