He was predeceased by: his parents, Larkin T. Smith and Olyne Smith (Key); his daughter Melissa Smith; and his granddaughter Reagan Carter. He is survived by: his wife Delma Smith; his children, Amanda Carter (Jimmy), Tommy Smith (Mary) and Jason Smith (Leslie); his brother Gene Smith (Louise); and his grandchildren, Stephanie Smith, Baylee Smith, Luke Smith and Colton Carter.
