She was predeceased by: her husband William "Bill" Lacy; her son James Kelly Lacy; and her stepdaughter Mary Ellen Chambers. She is survived by: her children, Hershel Lacy (Joyce) of Celina, TN, Raymond Lacy (Wanda) of Knoxville, TN, Larry Lacy (Carol) of Celina, TN and Jean Alice Smith (Frank) of Celina, TN; her sister Paula Johnson of Wichita; and her half-sister Martha L. Herion of Georgia. She is also survived by 15 Grandchildren, 29 Great Grandchildren, 7 Great-Great Grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers the family request donations be made to the Clay Co. Library in Celina, TN.
