He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Andrew C. Poteete Sr. and Alpha; his children, Litte John, Olivia Dianne Turner (Joe) and Andrew C. Poteete III (Tina); his brother Alford Poteete; his son Barry Keith Poteete; and his sister Ruth Poteete Briery. He was also cherished by Nieces, Nephews, Grandchildren, family and friends.
In lieu of flowers the family has requested that donations be made to the McDonald cemetery.
