He is survived by: his mother Dean Kendall; his children, Jonathan Kendall, Tara Boles (Lee) and Megan Brawner (Josh); his grandchildren, Kolby Boles, Carley, Claire, Cody Kendall, Hunter, Kylie, Haygan and Kendallee Brawner; and his siblings, Shawn Kendall (Brandi), Shannon Kendall (Jodi), Amanda Stephens (Jarrett), Kay Trobaugh (Nebert) and Sue Smith. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, friends and neighbors.
In lieu of flowers, the family request memorial contribution be made toward the expense of a headstone for Billy.
