It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Billy Ray Atchley of Celina, Tennessee, who passed away on July 3, 2023, at the age of 93, leaving to mourn family and friends. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Billy Ray Atchley to pay them a last tribute.

He is survived by: his daughter Lori Arms (Jerry); his granddaughters, Kylee Rae West (Tyrus) and Katie Joy Arms; his great grandchild Joyana West; and his siblings, Rosa Nell Marsh and Paul Atchley (Faye). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, friends and neighbors.

Family requests any memorial contributions be made to the Clay County Library.
