He was predeceased by: his father Austin Lee Elliott; and his brother Donald W. Harding. He is survived by: his mother Frances Elliott (Whittle); his brother Jeffrey L. Elliott; and his nieces and nephews, Crystal, Brandon, Alyssa, Jessica, Kevin and Brittany.
