It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Rick Mayo of Cedar Hill, Tennessee, born in Ashland City, Tennessee, who passed away on September 26, 2023, at the age of 71, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Howard Mayo and Rowena Morris Mayo; and his siblings, Harold, Danny, Roger Mayo and Mavis Perry.

He is survived by: his children, Jordon Mayo (Amy) and Andrea Mayo (Tammy); his brothers, Tommy Mayo (Neva) and Ronny Mayo (Belinda); his granddaughter Riley Mayo; and his stepgrandson Austin Bishop. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, extended family, and close friends.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Pleasant View Church of Christ, 2500 Highway 49 East, Pleasant View, Tennessee 37146.
