He is survived by: his stepdaughter Melonie Roberts Carideo; his son-in-law Paul James Carideo; his granddaughters, Bethany Elaine Carideo and Taylor Noel Klippel; and his sisters, Betty Stroud Griffin and Patsy Stroud Walker. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
