He is survived by : his wife Linda; his sister Pat Mitchell (Jerry); his children, Cy Hawk (Nicole) and Sadie Roberts (Chad); his grandchildren, Taylor, Piper, Emmy, Hudson and John Mark; his great grandchildren, Jaden and Wrenleigh; and his stepsons, Jeremy and Jason Richards. He is also survived by 3 step-grandchildren, and 2 step-great-grandchildren.
