He was predeceased by: his father Jerry Wayne. He is survived by: his brother John; his sister-in-law Jenny Gann; his sister Laura Kaye; his brother-in-law Allan Crawford; and his nieces and nephews, Tiffany Pennington (Matt), Adam Gann, Zachary Gann (Brooke), Debra Raye Heatherly and Aiden Crawford.
