He was predeceased by : his parents, Leonard Biggs and Luler Biggs (Taylor); his children, Christopher Biggs and Sue Broadway; and his siblings, Lawrence Biggs, Louis Biggs, Lilly Bell Biggs, Bessie Scruggs, Margaret Landon, Ruth Sanders, Ester Allen, Ada Charlton and Ailene "Toad" Biggs.
He is survived by : his wife Barbara Gayle Biggs (Krantz); his children, Jackie Biggs, Terry Krantz (Melinda), Chris Krantz (Candy) and Melody Groves; his sister Deaner Langley; and his godsons, Eric Newman and Ronnie Dickmeyer. He is also survived by 10 grandchildren; and 12 great grandchildren.
