Faulkner of Clarksville and Harry D. Faulkner II of Oregon; his siblings, William R. Birk (Karen) of Carson City, Nevada and Martha Coberly of Cedar Hill; his nephews, Corey Birk, Wayne Birk, Richard Coberly and Dean Thompson; and his niece Tracy Chance. He is also survived by several great nieces and nephews; other relatives and friends.
