He was predeceased by: his parents, Aubrey F. Kelch, Sr. and Gladys M. Kelch (Chapman); his wife Ester Patricia "Pat" Kelch (Bollinger); and his sister Ethel M. Kelch. He is survived by: his sister Violet Rose Runnion; his daughter Charlene P. Ricketts (Cary B. Ricketts); his grandson Carl B. Ricketts; and his brother Aubrey F. Kelch, Jr.. He is also survived by many nephews and nieces.
