She was predeceased by: her parents, Frazier Phillips and Beatrice Joiner Phillips; and her siblings, Beaulah Spicer, June McCoy, Ray Phillips, F. C. Phillips, Bobby Phillips and David Phillips.
She is survived by: her daughters, Deann Bouslog (Ray) and Melanie; her sister Linda Sue Sikes (Carl); her grandchildren, Makenzie Bouslog, Zoey Bouslog and Kylie Davy; and also Terry Bunn.
