She was predeceased by: her parents, Oscar Maples and Merle Agnes Stacy Maples; and her husband Jimmy Glen Blevins. She is survived by: her siblings, Sandra Kelley (Jim) of Maryville, TN, Sharon Smith (Robert Wayne) of Dizney, KY, Donna Pace (Tommy) of Coalgood, KY and Mark Maples of Evarts, KY.. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, other family and friends.
