He is survived by: his wife Tracie Smith; his children, Aaron Smith (Crystal) and Sarah Bullette (Don); his stepsons, Justin Meadows (Mary) and Jason Meadows; his grandchildren, Shae Stiff (Austin), Emma Forby, Shanley, Tealy Smith, Jesse, Jobe Meadows, Rowan, Nadia Meadows and Alli Parks; his siblings, Fred Proctor and Debbie Morrissey (Ken); his half-siblings, Butch Smith (Debbie) and Janet Olivia; his mother-in-law Lynda Harris; his brother-in-law Rex Harris (Lorraine); and his friend Janet Meadows.
