She was predeceased by: her parents, David Cozart and Claudine Cozart (Owens); her daughter Serrena Cozart; her brother Donnie Ray Cozart; and her stepfather Henry Williams.
She is survived by: her husband James Lee Pearson; her daughters, Tonia Pearson and Stephanie Pearson; her sister Evergene Cozart of Cedar Grove, TN; her aunt Kathrine Wilson of Nashville, TN; her uncle Ben Owens of Huntingdon; and her grandson Jarvis Pearson (Rebecca Carrington). She is also survived by four great grandchildren, two nieces, two nephews, four sisters-in-law, eight step brothers, four step-sisters, and a host of family and friends.
