She was predeceased by: her parents, Johnny Noe and Madline Noe (Brown); her husband William E. Rhodes; and her sisters, Ann Calvert and Louise Elmore.
She is survived by: her son William Anthony Rhodes; her brother Jimmy Noe (Brenda); and her nephew Josh Noe (Rachel) of Cedar Grove.
