He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles R Faith and Fern Faith; and his siblings, Betty Alspach, Reta Kay Lambert, Sue Alspach and Raymond Faith.

He is survived by: his wife Rose Faith; his sister Barbara Alexander; his children, Doug Faith (Jerri) and Shannon James (David); his grandchildren, Andrew James (Samantha), Katlyn James, Dalton Faith and Derek Faith; and his great grandchildren, Raegan, Adelynn, Chris, Waylon and Jiraiya. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, extended family members, and friends.
