She was predeceased by: her parents, Lois Sutton and Gladys Barger Sutton; her son David Hardy; and her siblings, Joann Tidwell, Lyndell Thomas, Robert Sutton, Tommy Sutton and Larry Sutton.
She is survived by: her husband John Hardy; her daughters, Paula Akin (Richard) of Huntingdon and Kimberly Campbell (Brian) of Kingsport; her daughter-in-law Tammy Hardy; her grandchildren, Amanda Hardy of Miami, Zachary Hardy (Rachel) of Madisonville, Ryan Campbell (Brianna) of Lexington, Trevor Akin of Huntingdon, Jake Campbell of Kingsport, Mallory Smith of Huntingdon and Tyler Autry of Huntingdon; and her great grandchildren, Harrison Hardy, Emma Dillingham, Asher Akin and Nolen Smith.
Visitation was held on Thursday, April 17th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Friday, April 18th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Cherrywood Room of Chase Funeral Home (21190 E Main St, Huntingdon, TN 38344). A funeral service was held on Friday, April 18th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Chapel of Chase Funeral Home (21190 E Main St, Huntingdon, TN 38344).
