She is survived by: her mother Joyce Shelton; her husband Billy Bybee; her siblings, Nancy Ternes (Dale), Grover Binkley Jr., Wallace Binkley (Carolyn), Lillie Pratt and Maxine Qualls (Clint); her stepsiblings, Larry Pratt (Lana), Kathy Hudson, Frances Pratt (Phillip) and Steve Pratt; and her stepchildren, Tracy Taylor (Jason) and Michelle Carter (James). She is also survived by several step-grandchildren and great grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews.
