He is survived by: his wife Shannon Perkins Hendrickson of Castalian Springs; his children, William Chase Hendrickson of Gallatin, Patrick Tabor Hendrickson (Erin) of Nashville and Anna Lauren Scruggs of Gallatin; his brothers, Mark R. Hendrickson (Kathy) of Indianapolis, IN and Todd R. Hendrickson (Lorrie) of Gallatin; and his grandchildren, Parker Amadeus Hendrickson and Noah Kale Scruggs.
