She was predeceased by: her husband Robert Kyle; her parents, Thomas Phillips and Rachel Phillips; and her siblings, Jack Phillips, Laura Robertson, Dee Gregory and Pauline Phillips.
She is survived by: her children, Phillip Kyle (Lynda), Harold Kemp, Cynthia Gregory-Brentwood (Todd) and Brenda Blair; her grandchildren, Kevin Blair (Megan), Brandon Blair, Jon Wesley Blair and Perry Kemp; and her great grandchildren, Jayson Blair, Jonah Blair, Noah Blair, Carter Blair, Owen Blair, Ellie Blair and Coralie Blair.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Philippi Church of Christ.
