She was predeceased by: her parents, Gerald Fay Freeman and Patricia Moss; her brother Terry Freeman; and her stepfather George Long. She is survived by: her husband Johnny Leon Thompson; her children, Lisa Barton (Jonathan), Troy Pewitt (Ashley), Brandon Thompson (Elizabeth) and Darrell Thompson (Megan); her grandchildren, Abby, Nathan, Carrie, Myiah, Jeremiah, Heaven, Bella, Derek, Jayden, Rheagan, Savannah, Elsa, Elizabeth, Matthew and Leon; and her siblings, Bren Suddarth (Dave), Michael Freeman and Billy Freeman (Tammy).
Visitation was held on Monday, January 27th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Tuesday, January 28th 2025 from 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Woodard Funeral Home (5591 US-31E, Westmoreland, TN 37186). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, January 28th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the same location.
