He is survived by: his wife Dora Strode (Banten) of Castalian Springs, TN; his children, Sandy (Doug Burks) of Tompkinsville, KY, Sherry Strode of Glasgow, KY, Sharon Walker of Tompkinsville, KY, Kathy Harbour of Gallatin, TN, Susan Phillips of Gallatin, TN, Chris (Jennifer Strode) of Glasgow, KY and Michael Maxwell (Elizabeth Strode) of Tompkinsville, KY; his close friends, Lance Maxwell of New York, NY and Chris (Robin Kane) of Castalian Springs, TN; and his siblings, Joyce (Bobby Crews) of Tompkinsville, KY, Gary Strode of Tompkinsville, KY., Ivan Strode, Inez Jones, Wilma Strode, Ida Pearl Strode, Clinton Strode, Ellen Dean Walker, James Clifton "Tip" Strode and Jerry Strode. He is also survived by 16 grandchildren, 17 great-grandchildren & several nieces & nephews.
