He is survived by: his wife Rebecca Ann Elmore Duke; his son James Nathan "Jimmy" Duke Jr. (Alana Rae); his grandchildren, Nathan Duke (Kaylen), Ryan Duke and Jamie Corbitt (Luke); and his great grandchild Levi James Duke.
