He is survived by: his wife Georgia Gilmore Jenkins; his children, James Barton "Bart" Jenkins, Jr. (Loren) of Chattanooga and Vickie Jenkins Rogers (Byron) of Portland; his brothers, Ben Howell Jenkins (Sue) of Jonesboro, GA and Michael Jenkins (Cindy) of Lafayette; his sister-in-law Pauline Jenkins of Gallatin; and his grandchildren, Zachary Rogers, Grant Jenkins and Turner Jenkins.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Corum Hill Church.
