He is survived by: his wife Debbie Boze Teeples of Castalian Springs; his children, Jason Teeples of Castalian Springs and Jennifer Porter (Jamie) of Gallatin; his sister Linda Kemp (Steve) of Lafayette; and his grandchildren, Hannah Marie Dyer and Makenzie Reese Dyer.
