She was predeceased by: her parents, Elvis McCullough and Margaret Jane Glover McCullough; her husband Earl Wright Thurman, Sr.; her sons, Ricky Allen Thurman and Rodger Edward Thurman; and her siblings, Robert McCullough, Roy Edward "Corky" McCullough, Vera Harrison, Joann Ventress and Dorothy Thurman.
She is survived by: her children, Earl Thurman, Jr. (Rochara) of Castalian Springs, Rita Thurman of Gallatin and Nancy Key (Ronnie McEwen) of Castalian Springs; and her brother Don McCullough (Rose) of Lewisburg. She is also survived by 19 grandchildren; and 33 great grandchildren; and numerous great-great grandchildren.
Donations may be made to the funeral home to assist the family with funeral expenses.
