It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Wanda (Lois) Seiber of Caryville, Tennessee, who passed away on November 27, 2020, at the age of 79, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her son Terry Douglas; her parents, C. D. Hicks and Zola Ledford Hicks; and her brothers, Don, David and J. H. Hicks.

She is survived by: her children, Deanna Lay (Kenneth), Michael Douglas, David Douglas and Richard Douglas; and her siblings, Richard Hicks, Shirley Richmond, Brenda Morrow, Linda Schaeufele, Alice Hicks and Vickie Hicks-Bertsch. She is also survived by 8 Grandchildren and 9 Great-Grandchildren.
