She is survived by: her husband Billy Ray Phillips; her children, Billy Ray Joiner of Georgia and Missy Urban (Nick) of North Carolina; and her siblings, Donny Boldin (Michelle) of Knoxville, Charlie Boldin (Arnetta) of Knoxville, Paul Boldin of Knoxville, Randy Boldin of Lenior City, Rachel Joiner of Knoxville, Sheila Fuller of Knoxville and Pam Keathly of Knoxville.
