He was predeceased by: his daughter Angie Marie Daugherty-Letner; his parents, Laford Daugherty and Helen Robinson Daugherty; and his siblings, William Daugherty, Bobby Daugherty, Don Daugherty and Helen Marie Broyles.
He is survived by: his sons, Robert Daugherty of Caryville and Ronnie Daugherty of Caryville; and his siblings, Jimmy Daugherty (Robyn Daugherty), Donna Phillips (James) of Caryville and Joyce Byrge (Homer) of Caryville. He is also survived by 5 grandchildren and 6 great grandchildren.
