It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Roe Clifford Garrett of Caryville, Tennessee, who passed away on October 7, 2022, at the age of 78, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Clifford Garrett and Gennevive Carter Garrett. He is survived by: his wife Linda Brown Garrett; and his siblings, James (Pat Garrett) and Mary (Jim Ledford).
